Policy on Refunds and Cancellations

At Envisioned Space Tech, we have complete faith in our diverse selection of services, goods, and e-business solutions. We spare no effort to provide our respected clients with prompt, dependable, and great service every time we do business with them. All of the services offered on Envisioned Space Tech are executed for clients following a thorough project analysis utilizing a comprehensive scope document. It ensures complete comprehension of the work and almost eliminates the possibility of project cancellation, reversal, or dispute. However, refunds and service cancellations are subject to certain restrictions.

Cancellation Policy

Within 2-3 days of entering into a service agreement, a subscriber may submit a cancellation request for a specific service using the prescribed cancellation form available on our website. On certain occasions, such as Independence Day, Christmas, and New Year's, no cancellations are permitted for services with promotional discounts. Due to the limited availability of these offers, no refunds are allowed.

Under no circumstances will Envisioned Space Tech honor cancellation requests for services like domain name registration and domain name transfer. Even if the cancellation is posted within 48 hours, a previously paid fee is never refundable. A service is terminated if the subsequent payment is not received within seven working days.

Refund Policy

Each service we provide follows a unique procedure from beginning to end; consequently, refund policies vary depending on the service. Every achievement of a campaign's milestones requires a specific set of resources. Consequently, a refund request for finished work would not be considered.

There is no possibility of a refund for administrative fees or installation charges.Taxes paid on regulatory body-levied services will not be repaid with fee refund. In the event that a service is canceled due to a breach of our Terms and Conditions, no refunds will be issued.

There is no refund policy applicable to same-day delivery services. If a third party causes a service interruption or delay, Envisioned Space Tech is not responsible for refunds. Once we confirm, the client will receive their money back within 5-7 days of making the first payment.
